Recent advances in soft electronic materials for intrinsically stretchable optoelectronic systems

In recent years, significant progress has been achieved in the design and fabrication of stretchable optoelectronic devices. general, stretchability through geometrical modifications device components, such as with serpentine interconnects or buckled substrates. Herein, we review advances soft electronic materials for application First, introduce various materials, comprised fillers, elastomers, surfactants, exemplify different conducting semiconducting composites. We also describe processing methods used to fabricate electrodes, interconnections, charge transport layers, optically active layers Subsequently, representative examples devices, including light-emitting capacitors, diodes, photodetectors, photovoltaics. Finally, briefly discuss integrated systems.
